Tamera Gilmartin is an Assistant Professor at SUNY Maritime College. She has a Chief Mate Unlimited License and is currently pursuing a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction. As a passionate believer in all forms of experiential learning, she has been exploring the use of Virtual Reality and 360 Degree Videos as a learning platform for the past few years.
